Instead of skipping the gym I did a resistance bands workout. It doesn't matter where you are or what you do, the most important thing is to get moving. I did this while I was traveling last month and didn’t have much time to workout. But it got me so sore. Try it for yourself! Workout: ▪️Pike ▪️Single leg raise with crunch ▪️V – hold (Naukasana) ▪️Mountain Climbers ▪️Plank hold ▪️Plank twists Do 15 reps each exercise. This may seem easy but when you repeat the circuit more than once, it gets difficult to keep going.
