It’s a new week! My favorite thing to do on Monday is to create a calendar of everything I want to accomplish. I get super stressed when I’m carrying a bunch of stuff in my mind so writing it down on paper relieves a lot of stress and makes everything seem more realistic. Do you have any Monday traditions?
