If anyone tells you that you can get your splits in one day, or one week, or one month, do not trust them! It takes time and consistency.

So if you see those youtube videos with click bait titles saying things like “Get your splits in a week”, be aware that it is highly, highly unlikely. Sorry to burst your bubble but that is the case with stretching and we are all different and progress at different paces.
