Alrieta likes to keep the workout intense and does this by supersetting a combination of exercises to really feel the burn. It is also a great way to get a lot done in a short amount of time.
She also added in a short ab workout just before her last leg exercise to give her legs a small break, and that ab workout video will be uploaded soon!
