Al Kavadlo is a cool and straight up guy, who has written a number of books and articles on calisthenics amongst other fitness topics, and in these videos he answers some really great questions about Intermittent fasting, what to eat to get ripped and he highlights a good number of other points such as why many products use marketing to ‘trick’ us into thinking we need certain things.
