It's time to say out with the old and in with the new! I'm looking for a new name for The James Grage Theory podcast and would love to get some suggestions from those that have been listening. As most of you know @annikfitness is now co-host and we've switched things up quite a bit from the traditional format. Because of that, we think a new name is in store. We're looking for something that encompasses fitness, nutrition, training, lifestyle, etc. It could have a tie-in to @undersun_fitness or be something a little different. @annikfitness likes 'Everything Under The Sun' – comment below with your suggestions. 👊🏼👇🏼 #Podcast #UndersunFitness #ResistanceBandTraining #Consistency #fitnessfreedom #trainanywhere #trainanytime #resistancebandsworkout #RBT

Bringing out those abs is a goal for so many us, especially around summer time, but what is the right way to go about it? I have to say that I really dislike the popular saying "abs are made in the kitchen" but there is some truth to it. The right nutrition strategy is going to help you lose the fat that’s obscuring your abdominal muscles, if combined with enough exercise or activity. The common misconception though is that once you lose the fat that everyone has a “great 6-pack hidden under there” and that’s just not true. Once you burn all the belly fat you still need to have developed muscles underneath to have abs. It’s no different than having cut arms and shoulders – you can be lean but if you don’t have enough muscle development you’re not going to get that cut look. The moral of the story is you need to train right and eat right. Seeing your abs for the first time is a cool thing and a good goal to have – it just requires work!
