I used to do the Kick classes at Virgin Active, and was really feeling like doing one at home while under the lock down. I scoured the net and to my surprise I could hardly find any good kick classes!
Luckily I found one great one that I have added below, so if you’re up to it and in the mood give it a go. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it.

There are other Kick videos online but most are filmed in a studio and set up specifically for the shoot, where as this one is actually filmed live in the gym studio. I much prefer the live classes like this one, as it gives you a much more realistic feeling and the familiar feeling that you are actually there in the gym class.
