I have always wondered how people who manage with such little sleep can get by, while I struggle through the day if I get less than 6 – 7 hours sleep per night. Dr. Tara explains it so well in this video and it really makes logical sense. So sleep how much you need, but when you know what you need be sure to give your body the rest it deserves.
