Sometimes being on a path of something for some time, we can find ourselves lacking that motivation or that ‘oompf’ to keep doing it at +-100% and we so often don’t realize that we need to take a step back and take a break, or give the *thing* (in this example, the gym) some time to miss us, in order to regain that motivation and drive.
