We have always been told to drink our 2 liters of water per day, and we all make sure to have a big bottle with us at all times in order to get that water in and stay hydrated, but nobody told us that we should be ‘eating’ our water! Until Sadhguru of course :p Interesting view by him and probably what we all need to hear more of.
