Or even how do I get big, I eat so much and gym so hard but nothing. Many times these statements are backed up by very poor eating habits and minimal training intensity and duration.

There is NO secret! No secret pill, no secret machine, nothing. If you want something good you have to be prepared to put in the time and effort to get it.
Changing your body takes a commitment from you; you need to make the decision and start with the way you eat and the way you train.

Your diet is one of the most important factors in determining how you look and feel. Yes it will take some practice and research to find out what the right foods are and what is the best way to train, but it will be worth it and will teach you a great deal. Your diet needs to be sorted out first before you should even look to supplements or anything else because you can make tremendous changes in your body with just controlling what you eat.
