Prepare breakfast

A quote which seems appropriate for this post;  ‘If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail.’  I know a lot of guys who say they don’t have time to make a decent breakfast every morning because they have to get up early for work etc etc etc.  So here’s a solution.  Prepare all your meals in advance.  It will save you so much time and energy during the week and does not take that much time to do, and you can always freeze stuff which you can use later in the week.

If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

So for example take about an hour on a Sunday morning, or whenever you feel comfortable enough and cook your breakfast for a week.  You can make breakfast for a whole week in just under an hour.  Try the savoury and sweet options, such as:

Savoury:

3 normal savoury omelettes’ with 6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks salt, pepper, peri peri and tomatoes.

Sweet:

4  Natural High Protein Breakfast Pancakes (see previous post for the recipe).

That’s all there is to it, now you will be ready to go for the week!
