]]> Donnie Yen, is a Hong Kong actor, martial artist, film director, producer, action choreographer, stuntman and multiple-time world wushu tournament champion, amongst other things. If you are an avid martial arts fan and haven’t seen the Ip Man movies, you really must do yourself a favor and watch them, ALL of them!

Donnie Yen started learning t’ai chi and other traditional Chinese martial arts, as well as kung fu, Wushu and then taekwondo, all from an early age. He has such impressive flexibility, speed, control and accuracy, all of which can be seen in some of the videos and pictures below.

When we are making films we are usually in remote areas, small villages, country side with not much around, non stop filming in any weather, poor surroundings/conditions and it’s hard to cater from 100-1000+ people. So normally for convenience, film productions option for take out meals which are normally in styrofoam or plastic packaging. Can you imagine how many lunch boxes we consume daily, for a period of 4-5 months? With our crew eating breakfast, lunch and/or dinner? Even when some productions offer catering they still use plastic plates, bowls etc. I’m so proud to share that for @ipman4movie , my wife, @sweetcil who is very passionate about living a greener life, and doesn’t easily give up, was able to convince production to change to catering service with using metal trays. Thanks to @wongec1102 and LumLum, our line producer to agreeing for a greener environment for our film!
