<li>First scoop the amount of peanut butter which you want to use, into a glass bowl.</li>
<li>Then microwave it for approximately 30 seconds, which should make it nice and soft and mixable.</li>
<li>Add a dash of milk and mix with the peanut butter.</li>
<li>Then add your oats, or whatever else you want to eat it with, or even spread it on whole wheat toast.</li>
