<p>The world of bodybuilding, losing AND gaining weight is such a tricky thing because so many people do not know where to start, what to do, how to do it, and what works and what doesn&#8217;t.</p>

<p>And then there are all those adverts and infomercials trying to sell us the latest supplement pill, or the latest piece of fitness equipment which is going to help us lose weight with only ten minutes a day.  BUT WAIT there’s more!  Yes there is more, most of these products do not work nearly as good as they claim to.  They are in business to make money, so obviously they will try to market their product as best as they can in order to sell and make a profit.  Anyone can claim their product is the best on the market without having to back it up and prove it.</p>
