Start off 2016 on the right note with the Sleekgeek Ultimate You Body Transformation Challenge in partnership with Health24!

Over 7,000 South Africans have taken part in the Ultimate You Challenge and loved it. Each entrant receives access to eating and training plans developed by experts as well as loads of support from the community. A weekly email series with motivation and healthy lifestyle tips and tricks form part of the challenge resources as well as a dedicated challenge support group on Facebook where you can ask questions and receive advice from the community as well as the challenge experts.

 

We are giving away 2 free entries to the ULTIMATE YOU challenge! Its really easy to enter, you just have to complete a few simple and easy steps:

1. Make sure you have joined the Sleek Geek Facebook group HERE.
2. Make sure you have liked the Be GREAT Performance Gear Facebook page HERE OR followed the Be GREAT (@begreatpg) Instagram HERE.
3. Share this post (or the post on the FitNish Facebook page).
4. Comment with your email address AND with one of your fitness goals for this year below this post on FitNish.com OR send an email with the subject line “SLEEKGEEKSA” to befit[at]fitnish.com (if you would rather your email address not be shown in public).

As for accountability, each entrant is required to submit before photos and submit a check in every two weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks they submit after photos and measurements which then go on to the judging process. First prize winners receive R10,000 CASH and we have a whole host of fantastic prizes from top health and fitness brands such as Reebok, Braun and Jawbone.
