“The Ultimate You Challenge is an 8 week body transformation challenge where we provide you with eating plans and training plans (you don’t have to follow them if you have your own strategy already), we also provide loads of support and motivation with weekly emails and a dedicated challenge support group on Facebook. You’re required to submit before photos and submit a check in every two weeks. At the end of the 8 Weeks you submit after photos which then go on to the judging process.
