If you have ever tried to do pull ups, you will know just how tough they are and how hard it is to even do a set of 10 reps! If you want to add more reps to your pull ups then you may need a little help.

Here are two advanced exercises that you may find you need a little extra help to get you through the last few reps, or to help you master the exercise. Progression is everything, no matter how small. By using resistance bands, you are able to assist yourself slightly, depending on the strength of the band.

Don’t be discouraged if you can only do very few at first, we have all been there! Just keep going and adding in a few more reps each day or each training session and soon you will have mastered the exercises.

There are a few levels of bands, ranging from easy to advanced. In this case easy being LESS elastic, thus adding more resistance to help you up.
