It is so easy, all you have to do is drop us an email at befit[at]fitnish.com with your desired programme (diet plan or workout routine or both) and we will guide you through the process.

  • Step 1: Email us at befit[at]fitnish.com, indicating whether you require a diet plan or workout routine or both, and if you would like a particular trainer.
  • Step 2: Your trainer will email you back with a comprehensive ‘Get to know you’ form that you will fill in and send back to him within 3 days. This is to gather as much information and stats about you as possible in order to provide you with the absolute best programme.
  • Step 3: You will need to fill in the ‘Get to know you’ form as completely as possible and send back to him along with your proof of payment.
  • OPTIONAL: If you are in Pretoria or Cape Town and would like to arrange a face to face consultation, that can be arranged.
  • Step 4: Your trainer will put your plan together and email your customised 4 week programme to you within 2 days.

Flippie (Pretoria):

Hi there, my name is Flippie van Schalkwyk, I have been Personal training since 2002. Over these years I have been a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, a Sports Conditioning coach at the High Performance Centre in Pretoria and the International Institute of Rugby. I have worked with great success with Athletes, Bodybuilders, Fitness Competitors, Crossfit Athletes and with the general client looking to get into shape, losing weight and toning up.
